Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Jewelry in stock is shipped the next business day after payment.
Within Ukraine, delivery via Nova Poshta usually takes 1–2 days.
Other local services may take a bit longer — up to one week.
What about custom-made orders?
We produce custom-made jewelry within 1–2 days, depending on our workshop’s workload.
What if the jewelry is not in stock?
In this case, we will make it and ship it within approximately one week.
What about international delivery?
– Europe: 1–2 weeks
– USA & Canada: 2–3 weeks
– Other countries: delivery times depend on postal services (usually 2–4 weeks)
