If the size of the item doesn’t fit — we’ll gladly exchange it or custom-make it in the exact size you need.
You can return your jewelry within 7 days from the date of receiving it at the post office. We will check its condition and issue a refund.
All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty. If something happens to your piece (for example, a clasp breaks or an element falls off), we will replace it with a brand-new one free of charge.
